The main principles that our organization takes as basis during its activities are as follows:

• To provide impartial and independent service

Our company is committed to providing impartial and independent service to enterprises in all kinds of certification requests including CE marking. The geographical region where the enterprises are located, the sector in which they operate, the number of employees they employ or their productivity do not affect the service commitment of our organization in any way and our organization approaches all enterprises equally.

Our organization continuously monitors risks that may compromise its impartiality and does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to jeopardize its independent decision-making.

Likewise, our organization refrains from engaging in any activity that may undermine the objectivity of certification activities and decisions. It avoids making non-objective comments and evaluations. Our organization does not allow negative pressure on our financial interests and provides the necessary financial resources to prevent this pressure.

• Paying attention to privacy

Our organization does not share the information and documents of the customers with any third party except the accreditation institution and official authorities upon request and applies the confidentiality principle with great precision. During the certification activities, a lot of information and documents are obtained about the enterprises. Our company undertakes to keep all kinds of information and documents obtained or created and not to share with any person or organization. Except where legal regulations require disclosure of such information, our organization is obliged to protect all information and documents.

• Not to fall into conflict of interest

In all certification activities, including CE marking, our organization will not be involved in any conflict of interest that may compromise our reliability and accuracy. If an employee experiences conflicts of interest or conflicts of interest due to his duties and responsibilities, he will be withdrawn from certification activities.

• Accredited service

In order to ensure the international recognition, reliability and quality of the reports and documents it organizes, our company serves in accordance with the standards and is accredited by international accreditation institutions. In this context, our organization, UAF, United Accreditation Foundation named accreditation organization, ISO 17021 Management systems certification and ISO 17020 Inspection services according to the certification standards, ÖSAS, Österreich Spazial Akkreditierungs Service named accreditation organization, these standards as well as ISO / IEC 17025 Laboratory services and is accredited according to ECOmark® Ecological product certification standards.
